Project Coordinator (100 %) in Kosovo

Your tasks will be

- Coordinating a new program on enhancing youth employability,
facilitating the development of a functional system of matching demand and supply of the labor market

- Leading the program implementation and project management (planning, monitoring, reporting, etc.)

- Cooperation with other national, international and Swiss projects in Kosovo

- Policy Dialogue with state institutions

We are looking for a communicative team player who is well-versed and experienced in development cooperation, has in-depth knowledge about (vocational) educational systems, with good English language skills, who is experienced in team leading and who has a declared interest in socio-political issues.

Albanian language and a higher (vocational) educational qualification are strong assets.
