Die menschliche Figur, vor allem die Darstellungen von Frauen ist die Thematik, mit der sich Gazmend Freitag in seiner Kunst st\u00e4ndig besch\u00e4ftigt. Portraits und Aktzeichnungen von Frauen, die er pers\u00f6nlich kennt, mit denen er befreundet ist oder die selbst K\u00fcnstlerinnen sind, fertigt er mit Sinnlichkeit und Leidenschaft an. Somit hat die Akt-Malerei einen gro\u00dfen Stellenwert in Freitags k\u00fcnstlerischem Schaffen. Er hat sich ihr so sehr verschrieben, dass er\u00a0 sogar einen diesbez\u00fcglichen Lehrgang an der Kunstuniversit\u00e4t Linz besucht hat, um sich wesentliche Grundlagen daf\u00fcr anzueignen. Das Ergebnis sind nicht nur zahlreiche Studien mit Bleistift, sondern auch gro\u00dfformatige \u00d6lgem\u00e4lde, die stilistisch zwischen modernem Impressionismus und Expressionismus angesiedelt sind.<\/p>\n
