Das Abkommen wird zur positiven Entwicklung der bilateralen Wirtschaftsbeziehungen beitragen. Das DBA tr\u00e4gt den Entwicklungen aus dem OECD-Projekt \u00abBase Erosion and Profit Shifting\u00bb (BEPS) gegen Gewinnverk\u00fcrzung und Gewinnverlagerung Rechnung.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mod mod-nsbnewsdetails\">Es sieht namentlich eine Missbrauchsklausel und eine Schiedsklausel vor.
