L\u2019Universit\u00e9 “Isa Boletini” de Mitrovica UMIB a annonc\u00e9 que le Prof Ass Dr Zahir \u00c7erkini est b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire de la prestigieuse bourse SHER Fellowships Post Doc Grant, attribu\u00e9e par l\u2019OeAD, l\u2019Agence autrichienne pour l\u2019\u00e9ducation et l\u2019internationalisation, rapporte albinfo.ch.<\/p>\n

Il m\u00e8nera ses recherches scientifiques \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Graz en Autriche, du 20 juin au 19 juillet 2026.<\/p>\n

Selon le communiqu\u00e9, son projet porte le titre “The Constitutional Position of EU Law in Kosovo: A Multilevel Constitutionalism Analysis” et traite du processus d\u2019int\u00e9gration europ\u00e9enne ainsi que de la relation entre le droit de l\u2019UE et le syst\u00e8me constitutionnel du Kosovo.<\/p>\n

Cet engagement est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme une r\u00e9alisation acad\u00e9mique et scientifique importante dans le domaine du droit constitutionnel et de l\u2019int\u00e9gration europ\u00e9enne.\/Albinfo.ch<\/p>\n
